Middle Office Manager – Transaction Management

About the Role This role is positioned within the wider Middle Office function, focusing on managing client oversight around Trade Support functions, such as trade matching, processing, and reconciliations of trades and cash. Key responsibilities include overseeing new fund launches, onboarding new clients, building strong client relationships for multi-billion-dollar clients, driving process improvements, and managing risk oversight.
Working closely with a high-performing team, you will guide team members through career development, oversee more junior members' work, and be the first point of contact for clients.
About You The ideal candidate has over six years of experience in Fund Administration or Asset Management, with a focus on Middle Office or Trade Support. Expertise in Hedge Funds, particularly in complex derivative products and Prime Broker relationships, is valuable. Familiarity with software tools such as Xceptor, ART, SP, or Lens is advantageous, along with experience liaising with regulators like the Central Bank of Ireland.
