A reputable retail company based in North West Dublin is seeking a skilled Credit Control Administrator to join their team.

Salary: €32,000 - €35,000.
23 days of annual leave.
Pension scheme.
Hybrid Model - 3 days in office per week Based in Northwest Dublin Permanent Role Key Responsibilities: Managing the credit control mailbox, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer queries.
Sending out proof of deliveries (PODs) and ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries and payments.
Processing daily cash applications and credit card payments efficiently and accurately.
Assisting in opening new client accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and verified.
Working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborating with internal teams to address any issues related to credit control and accounts receivable.
Qualifications and Skills: At least 1 year of experience in accounts or administration, preferably in a credit control or finance-related role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
