We're recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation in the Education/Public Sector, based in Dublin 4.
This hybrid role reports directly to the CEO and involves leading a small finance team of is a great chance to be part of an organisation making a real difference in education across Ireland.
Initially offered as a 6-month contract, there's strong potential for this position to develop into a permanent role within the finance team.
Key Responsibilities: Management accounting, including preparation of monthly accounts and variance analysis.
Preparing statutory annual accounts for audit.
Liaising with the Comptroller and Auditor General.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Overseeing finance risk management, procurement, and governance.
Candidate Requirements: Fully qualified accountant with experience managing accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Management experience is an advantage but not essential.
Experience within education, research, or the public sector is highly desirable.
Motivated, driven, and ambitious professional ready to make an impact.
