You'll manage client accounts, process applications, and handle policy updates with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities : Prepare and process documentation accurately and on time.
Provide seamless support to Mortgage Advisors and keep client files up-to-date.
Handle new applications, amendments, and cancellations with care.
Deliver outstanding customer service to help clients achieve their financial goals.
What We're Looking For : Experience : At least 1 year in mortgages, ideally in a brokerage setting.
Qualifications : Minimum of one APA exam completed.
We'll support your journey to further QFA qualifications!
Skills : Strong communication, organization, and a proactive, client-first mindset.
Team Spirit : Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
