What the day will look like Aon Risk Solutions is currently looking for a Motor Claims Handler to join our Claims Management Division, managing motor claims for multinational and corporate clients. Reporting to the Claims Team Leader and part of a team of thirteen professionals, you will be responsible for managing motor claims for clients that have Self Insured Programmes and effectively handle a portfolio of predominantly motor third party and some personal injury claims.
Main responsibilities will include:
Full 'cradle to grave' motor claims management on behalf of Self Insured ClientsPrimarily managing third party motor property damage claims together with some personal injury claimsContain claim costs by implementing agreed processes and deploying all supplied resources effectively (e.g. motor assessors, approved repairers, solicitors etc)Development of relationships with key clientsWorking with a Claims Administrator to ensure timely response on all new instructionsEffective use and experience of using a Diary system to ensure cases are progressed and closed out effectively and efficientlyInteraction with claim executives / claims team leader on management of client reports / statistics and any policy issues arisingMaintain the required standard of all claims systems and filesComply with all management audit requirementsCarrying out departmental administrative activities as requiredWillingness to take other duties that may arise and are deemed appropriate by Aon Management.How this opportunity is different The Motor Claims Handler will have the possibility to work closely with a collaborative team of experts, deeply involved in claims management, from building trusted relationships with stakeholders to delivering high-quality output.
