Are you a National Account Manager with proven experience in building and nurturing profitable relationships within the grocery sector and or on/off trade accounts?
If you are ready to make your mark developing a brand's presence in Ireland, this National Account Manager position at Freixenet Copestick could be for you!
Freixenet Copestick is a major player in the Irish drinks market, and we are proud to be one of Irelands leading supplier of Sparkling Wines!
With an extensive portfolio across Still Wine, Sparkling Wine, Beer and Spirits, this is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the next phase of growth.
Working closely with the Country Manager for Ireland, you'll raise the profile and visibility of Freixenet Copestick's brands nationally and regionally across Off-Trade and On-Trade accounts.
Supporting the overall share growth in a challenging grocery market, you'll balance data-driven strategy with relationship management to meet KPIs.
This home-based role offers a salary of c€55,000, alongside a generous bonus scheme and benefits package, including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays and your birthday off), car allowance, opportunities for career progression, and much more!
A driving licence and car will be required for this position due to regular travel for client meetings.
Key Responsibilities of the National Account Manager - Ireland: •    Manage and grow key accounts across the Off-Trade and On-Trade sectors, identifying opportunities for new listings and expansion.
•    Work closely with the Country Manager to meet and exceed budgeted volume and profit targets.
•    Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners, acting as a strategic partner.
•    Monitor and report on competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
•    Maintain an up-to-date distribution matrix and ensure smooth communication with the supply chain team.
•    Support Freixenet Copestick brands at trade events and build a broad network of industry contacts.
Skills & Experience: •    Proven experience in securing and growing national accounts within a branded environment.
•    Knowledge of the wine trade and or grocery sectors, WSET level 3 or higher is desirable.
•    Proficient in forecasting, with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
•    Skilled in communication, relationship-building, and negotiation.
•    Full driving licence.
