National Account Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid 2-3 times a week in the office)

Position Summary We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented National Account Manager to join our Nestlé Confectionery team based at our Dublin offices in Ireland.
The scope of this role involves driving sales through developing and executing joint business plans with customers.
This role will allow us to deliver profitable market share winning plans and will report directly to the Channel Controller.
We have incredibly ambitious targets to drive growth and increase visibility across our market, so we are looking for a candidate with a strong category and commercial background who can work with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver excellence with our world-famous brands.
A Day in the Life of a National Account Manager… Ultimately, you'll help us execute the sales strategy internally and externally with customers across the Confectionery business.
Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will develop and accelerate our brand ambitions that deliver the very best results.
You will:
Be accountable for managing the customer P&L, including Revenue, Spend, Market Share, and Profit targets, involving full ROI analysis of all customer initiatives (e.g., promotions) to ensure trade spend budget is used effectively.Provide clear reporting of monthly reviews of volumes, plans, NPS, TA's, and commercial reviews.Execute plans for assigned Account(s) that align with business objectives and customer strategies.Facilitate excellence in execution in daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently, and implementing corrective actions or learning.Adhere to all Company principles and policies, including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local trade terms, safety, and legal regulations.What Will Make You Successful? You'll already have experience working in a similar role within a matrix organization.

You'll have excellent communication skills and understand how your decisions impact our business strategy.
Other key skills include:
The ability to demonstrate great presentation skills, targeting a wide audience through a storytelling approach.Experience managing a trade spend budget.Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking with a tenacity to drive forward change.Forecasting experience is desirable.A passion for working in the FMCG industry.What You Need to Know What can we offer in return?
