Job Title Site Manager (Fit Out) Project: Commercial Fit Out Job Location:Co.Dublin Salary: €75K - €85K + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card About the Company We have been retained with a highly renowned fit-out contractor to assist in the recruitment of an experienced Site Manager on a high-end commercial project in Dublin.
The Role Lead your site team from conception to PC Liaise with key stakeholders to report progress Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff Ensure all SHEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are adhered to Requirements A Degree in Construction Management or Relevant Trade Qualification Experience working on Commercial projects A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities Whats in it for you?
