About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Night Porter / Night Auditor to join our Welcome team.
About you: Minimum 1 year experience in the role of Night Porter / Night Auditor or similar role.
Driving license (mandatory).
Eligible to work 40 hours per week without restrictions.
Good knowledge of Opera.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: Ensuringall guests requirements are met during their stay.
Answering all incoming calls & where necessary to correctly take messages.
Follow Check-in / Check-out procedures accurately.
Takingreservations in the absence of the reservations department.
Delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring your team to deliver the same exceptional standards.
All Cash handling, card transactions, banking and transaction/sales reporting.
Ensuring the correct and continual use of all company procedures, systems and documents.
Maintaining a safe and harmonious working and customer environment and ensure the highest standards of hygiene and health and safety.
Liaising with the Management team to ensure that service is of the highest standard.
