Night Shift Quality Assurance TechnicianWe are seeking a Night Shift Quality Assurance Technician. The role will involve being a proactive member of the quality team, ensuring the relevant food safety, quality and hygiene checks are carried out in the factory to a high standard.
Reporting to: The quality supervisory and management team
Key Responsibilities: Strong interpersonal skills are essential and ability to work effectively as part of a team.Must understand and thrive in a high-care, fast-paced environment.Comprehensive understanding of the quality function within the business.ATP swabbing as required.Hygiene audits before production.Calibration verification of scales and probes.Temperature monitoring.Verification of knives and sharps.Requirements: A minimum of 1 year production/manufacturing experience preferably gained in a Food environment.Recently graduating from 3rd level qualification in Food Science or related discipline would be a distinct advantage.Strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and teamwork orientation.Salary: Based on experience.
