Night Supervisor – Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport We have a fantastic new vacancy for Nights Supervisor in the excellent Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport Objective of the Role To work closely alongside and support our Night Manager with a focus on hotel and guest security, operational duties as well as maintaining the agreed standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. About the Role:
As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Hotel operations during the night shift which runs from 11 pm to 7 am. You will be responsible for all tasks and duties during nights, ensuring that all tasks are complete to the highest standards.

The main responsibilities of the Night Supervisor can involve: Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service Guest relations Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties e.g. first aid Front Office duties including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out of guests Supervising the Nights porter Food & Beverage service at night Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel. The ideal candidate should have the following: Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essential At least 2 years' experience working within a customer / guest facing position Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera would be an advantage Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others. A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests. The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team Successful candidate must have the following: Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland Must be fluent in written and spoken English Dalata Hotel Group – Ireland's largest hotel group has a number of exciting positions on the horizon.
