  We are hiring   NTPF and Claims Utilisation Nurse   into a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
  We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the centre of all we do.
Key Responsibilities Establish and preserve connections with the NTPF Coordinator, NTPF, liaison offices for referring hospitals, and consultant medical staff members and their assistants.
Provide the NTPF coordinator with guidance on the proper referral paths and help them understand clinical referral data.
Help the NTPF coordinator define and characterise outliers and offer guidance on the clinical rationale behind them.
Help the NTPF Co-ordinator and Administrative Team compile hospital accounts and NTPF discharge summaries for submission to NTPF in coordination with the BSHD Finance Department.
Help the administrative team and NTPF coordinator with patient scheduling and complete NTPF discharge summaries completely and accurately.
Contacting consultants again about discharge summaries that have been generated for referral hospitals but are still pending or delayed.
As needed, escalates problems to the immediate leader to guarantee prompt resolution.
Encourage change and take part in its execution.
Strong ability to create and sustain relationships in a team.
connections with numerous external and internal stakeholders.
The capacity to manage several activities efficiently, prioritise work, and see them through to completion.
To guarantee polite and professional interactions always with patients, general practitioners, consultants, employees, and guests.
Requirements An equivalent RGN qualification Essential Experience with a Higher Diploma in Business or a Similar Field Three to five years of experience as a general nurse Three to five years of experience processing insurance claims, hospital billing, or consultant billing.
Outstanding communication abilities with the capacity for straightforward reporting and presentation Excellent and proven analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel Benefits Top pay and great working conditions Immediate Start, Full-time Permanent Great professional development opportunity Continued education and training.
