Do you want to be one of them?Role Purpose: You'll ensure dietetic services for Nutricia Care partner nursing homes in your territory, following the Nutricia Care Business Strategy.
This role offers new and experienced professionals opportunities to gain multi-disciplinary experience and contribute to service development projects.Key Activities:Provide dietetic care through telehealth and onsite visits.Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualised care plans.Promote best nutritional practices in nursing homes.Triage referrals and ensure timely resident reviews.Maintain thorough records and complete documentation promptly.Deliver innovative clinical projects with the Nutricia Care team.Collaborate to develop support materials for patients and HCPs.Maintain professional development and CORU registration.
About You We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills: Excellent communication and IT skills.Strong time management, organisational, and planning abilities.Ability to work alone and collaboratively.Analytical problem-solving and solution development.Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.To be considered for this role, you will need to be a CORU Registered Dietitian with a full Irish driving license.
