Occupational Therapist – Clinical Specialist Neurology Cpl Healthcare in partnership with Tallaght University Hospital (TUH) are currently recruiting for a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist for a specialist role working as part of a consultant-led multi-disciplinary team in a dedicated Regional Specialist Memory Service (RSMC).
As a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will provide expert input into the care of those with complex motor-cognitive syndromes, e.g., Huntington's disease; Lewy body dementias; other atypical parkinsonian syndromes such as Progressive Supranuclear Palsy/ Corticobasal Syndrome, and frontotemporal dementia.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver expert Occupational Therapy advice and clinical care in the RSMC, particularly in relation to those presenting with motor-cognitive syndromes.Clinical leadership role in the Institute of Memory and Cognition, supporting other Occupational Therapists working in this area.This position offers the following benefits:
