Off-Licence Assistant

Main purpose of the role:Ensure the Off-Licence Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
Provide customers with excellent quality products and services.
The ideal candidate will have/be:- Creative- Excellent communication skills- Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative- Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Off-Licence- Implement and follow planograms- Merchandise and present the Off-Licence department to the highest standard at all times- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy- Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.
