This is a support role working with the Head of Design and the Site Operations Manager in providing support across the Arklow site operations and for the Design Team.
Key responsibilities and Duties  Responsible for day-to-day office administration, answering phones and security access and stationary ordering  Preparing, printing, laminating all required paperwork for packs to go to site Collating all paperwork required from the design office required for production Print all required production files, labels and QR codes for production Schedule and coordinate meetings/conferences/visitors as required Complete ad-hoc project work Schedule, organise and facilitate the effective co-ordination of events and meetings, including venue set-up, diary notices, documentation, and materials Provide administrative support including preparation of reports and presentations Facilitate inductions and onboarding programmes that integrate new hires effectively into the organisation Ensure full compliance of entire team with site policies, procedures, and regulations Assist with administrative tasks by creating reports, presentations, and documentation Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders.
Other ad-hoc duties as required by the organization as the role develops.
