The successful applicant will join the Administration team and support with a variety of admin tasks including: Completing supplier forms and registration portals for business customersContacting IT support to inform them of IT issuesProcess card payments/manage skype subscriptionsOrdering office suppliesArranging bin collectionsOrganise lunch for company office eventsAssist in travel arrangements (Booking hotels and taxis)Liaising with cleaning and repair companies for office maintenanceProcess Sales InvoicesBook Health & Safety coursesSupport the admin team with various general admin tasks and paperworkWhat Skills You Need Experience of working in a similar role or in an office administration roleStrong organisations skillsExcellent attention to detailTeam playerGood communicator and fluency in English (spoken and written)Proficient in Microsoft Office & using computers.
