Hanley Calibration is looking for an Office Administrator to join our ever-growing exciting team, located at our head office in Little Island, Co. Cork.
Duties & Responsibilities: Greeting visitors on arrivalDealing with customer and employee queries by phone and emailLiaising with customers (Requesting/chasing Pos)Liaising with employees on paperworkAssisting financial team in other duties which may arisePreparing, organising and storing digital information and paperwork using databasesArranging travel and accommodationManagement and maintenance of office suppliesHandling couriers and sorting postTracking and reporting commercial vehiclesPrinting and photocopying as requiredReporting to the Office ManagerQualifications, Knowledge and Experience: Experience in a fast-paced administration role in an office environment is a key advantage2nd level qualification (leaving certificate or equivalent) - minimum requirement3rd level administration, business or relevant course (preferable)Good knowledge of MS Office packagesKey Behaviours/Requisites: Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and organisational skillsAbility to communicate well and build strong rapport with the senior leadership teamExperience and ability to work to deadlinesCollaborate effectively and interact with all levels of the businessAbility to multi-taskProactive approach to work and ability to work on own initiativeHigh level of attention to detailThis position is a full-time permanent role based in our head office. The hours are from 9.00 to 17.00 Mon to Thurs / 16.30 on Fri.
