Job Title: Office Administrator D12 We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for team members.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to client emails, and handle client inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in various databases and spreadsheets.
Prepare research reports and presentations as requested.
Assist with the planning and execution of client projects.
Provide support to the Account Management team as needed.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Benefits: Salary range €30k - €40k.
DOE Annual bonus Hybrid working arrangements (2 days remote) 37 hour week Early Finish Friday Benefits: hybrid work 37 hour week life assurance Bonus Scheme
