Office Administrator Required, Howth Co. Dublin Location: Wrights of Marino Manufacturing 1 Claremont Industrial Estate West Pier Howth Co. Dublin Hours: 38 hours per week 6.30am - 3pm Tuesday - Friday 6.30am - 12.30pm Saturday OFF - Sunday, Monday Please note this is an on site role & not a remote role.
Job Specification Office Administrator Processing customer orders, from phone/email/text and answering machine service.
Entering customer orders on to bespoke Sales Ordering system and printing invoices from Sage 200 accounts package Coordinating invoices into designated delivery runs to be ready when requested by drivers.
Calling customers for orders & communicating special deals available Dealing with customer queries or complaints General office duties Candidate Requirements; Previous office experience in a similar role Knowledge of Sage 200 beneficial but not essential Good communications skills Reliable & punctual Able to work well under pressure Fluent in English Own transport will be beneficial not not essential If you feel you meet the above criteria we would love to hear from you today.
