Office Administrator | Dublin City Centre Our client are a leading construction consultancy firm and are currently seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team.
The role will be based at their Head Office in Dublin City Centre.
The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and assisting team members across various departments.
This individual will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, including managing communications, coordinating office supplies, and handling company documentation.
The ideal candidate is required to have proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
The position will require organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
