Office Administrator Location: Liffey Valley Salary: Starting Salary of €13.50/ph Plus Bonus after Probation Working hours: Full Time (Weekend Work and Late Night Required) Admin experience is essential  Experience level: Optical experience preferred but not essential At Specsavers Liffey Valley, our Office Administrators are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customers' journey.
We're looking for someone with experience in customer service, strong communication skills, good with people, an organized approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential.

ResponsibilitiesAnswering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear, and friendly mannerTransferring calls efficientlyResponding to customer inquiriesEnsuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointmentsJoin our team and you'll discover why at Specsavers, we pride ourselves on providing the foundation for exciting, long-term careers. We'll continue to develop and expand your knowledge of Optics to enable you to support all customer inquiries, ensuring the highest levels of customer care are maintained.
