Office Manager - Dundrum Full time Permanent Salary €34,000 - €40,000 Heritage Homecare is looking to recruit an Office Manager to join its growing team. This role will be based in our Dundrum office located at 6 Main Street and will report to the Operations Manager.

The main functions of the role are: To manage the administration of a small busy office, to include being the first point of contact for clients, carers, healthcare professionals and visitors.
To create and update carer recruitment advertising; to screen carer job applications, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks and create new carer files on our IT system To liaise with our Dun Laoghaire office to organise induction training for new carers and complete the entire recruitment process including reference checking and garda vetting.
To manage communication, recording and submission of reports to third parties such as HSE monthly activity reports.
To oversee the smooth running of the Dundrum office, creating strong relationships with all contacts, advocating for carers and ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
To manage office supplies, organise ordering of stationary and ad hoc general supplies and oversee management of general office filing, create client information packs, journals, carer welcome packs, etc.
Contribute to team twice-weekly planning meetings and actively support care coordinators with scheduling challenges.
Offer additional ad hoc support to the Operations Manager as required.
Candidates should have previous experience working in an Office Administration/Management role and be living in Dublin. Candidate should have excellent communication skills and hold high levels of interaction and communication in previous roles.
Candidates should have the ability to prioritise, work under their own initiative, be confident in dealing with people of all backgrounds and have excellent attention to detail.
Candidates must have strong IT skills, and a previous background / experience in recruitment or HR would be useful.
Candidates should have a genuine interest in the homecare industry and related experience would be an advantage, but not essential. The role involves a mix of teamwork, frequent collaboration with colleagues and managers, and ownership of time-sensitive results.
Candidates should possess above average communication skills, a high level of interest in people and the ability to influence and persuade others.
This role is an office based full time role working Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
Salary range is €34,000 - €40,000 negotiable depending on experience. Paid car parking.
