Office Manager

We are currently recruiting an Officer Manager for our Dublin office.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.
Responsibilities:Organise reception duties such as meeting and greeting visitors, telephone calls, and couriers.Manage meeting room allocation and ensure meeting rooms are always arranged and presentable.Oversee the day-to-day running of the office space.Ensure maintenance of office equipment.Interact with building management and contractors.Manage the production of meeting materials.Order supplies and manage office suppliers or service providers.Assist with organising internal events.Organise travel arrangements for clients and employees.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience in professional or financial services.Excellent level of English.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs of others.Superior organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task.Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.Valid work permit for the UK.What we offer:At Centralis, we work in a dynamic, human-size, multi-cultural environment.
