The role will be onsite for 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to expand as needed.
About the Role: As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the Dublin office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be the go-to person for all office management duties, from liaising with building management to maintaining a vibrant and productive office environment.
Your work will play a crucial part in fostering a positive atmosphere and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, manage access cards, stock the kitchen, and ensure meeting rooms are welcoming and well-maintained.
Serve as the first point of contact for office-related queries and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
Cultivate the office culture by organising social activities and team-building events, leveraging your creativity to foster connections among staff.
Assist with onboarding new team members, including equipment distribution, setting up access passes, and providing an inviting first-day experience.
Support the team by scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and arranging catering when needed.
Work closely with various departments, including HR and IT, to streamline processes and improve the office environment.
Manage health and safety protocols and handle any other ad hoc duties.

Previous experience in office management or a similar role, particularly within a fast-paced or evolving environment.
