Playing the role of both Office Manager and EA to Site Leadership, this is a hugely important role where you will be able to help shape the office environment. Through overseeing day-to-day operations and working closely with Leaders and employees, you will have the opportunity to ensure a successful and thriving culture and drive many initiatives that arise related to the office itself. This is a standalone position; meaning we will look for someone with well-honed organized and analytical skills who is an excellent problem solver and good with people and building trusted relationships. You will be the primary point of contact to Facilities, Real Estate, Global Security, and other Apple Corporate Departments and have exposure to multiple stakeholders within and outside Ireland.
Description You will play the lead role in shaping the office from space planning and reconfiguration to managing projects related to the site. With a high level of integrity and discretion, you will work with and support Site Leadership to meet objectives and navigate the changing environment so that everyone can thrive. This position will require someone calm under pressure who can work through challenges and find solutions to a multitude of situations that arise; some being more complicated than others. You will be comfortable working independently but have the skill and appreciation to ask for help and guidance when needed. This will require someone who builds relationships and networks really well.
Minimum Qualifications Proven Office Management and/or Executive Assistant experience Confidence using productivity tools such as Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, Word Experience handling projects, meeting objectives and producing results within timelines Proven ability to work independently, handle frequent and changing needs Preferred Qualifications Calm under pressure with the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and integrity in dealing with people at all levels is imperative Office Liaison for internal communications impacting site Manage complex calendaring for senior leadership Experience with calendaring, PR/PO, office management skills Takes initiative, is a resourceful and innovative problem solver Able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
