Office Manager | Office Based | Dublin 4

My client, a finance multinational looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team.This role is office based Monday - Friday in their Dublin 4 office.
PleasesendyourCVto Responsibilities: Reception and front of house duties required Facilities Management Daily support of office administration/ operations of the office.
Prepare and submit quotations and calculations for customers within the requested technical specification, Communicate with suppliers, process orders Correspond with customers through phone and e-mail, As knowledge is gained, select, and advise appropriate products to customers The successful candidate would preferably have Minimum of 8 years recent relevant experience working in a similar role Along with: Proficient computer skills, ideally Microsoft Office Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident to communicate internally and externally Be a motivated self-starter but able to take instruction.
