Office Manager Required For Media Co In Dublin 3

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and dynamic Office Manager to join a vibrant and creative company in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities Manage email and company inbox, including replying, taking action, filing, and forwarding where appropriate.
Organise business travel/trips for company directors and senior personnel.
Create and circulate meeting agendas, minute meetings, and follow through on action points.
Manage and track expense budgets and credit cards, including submitting expense forms and invoices.
Provide administrative support to the development and production teams.
Regularly update various internal trackers and spreadsheets.
Manage social media, memberships, subscriptions, and company records.
Key Skills and Requirements Formal qualifications in Office Management or Administration.
Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role, preferably within the film and television industry.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to implement own processes.
Strong MS Office skills and high-level word processing accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in-person.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
Understanding of confidentiality and the ability to act on own initiative.
