Office Receptionist

Details of the offer

Job Description Greet clients, customers and visitors upon arrival at the office and connect them with the relevant person.  Answer calls in a professional and timely manner, directing them to the correct person or department  Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies  Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
)  Assist leadership team with general administration or associated tasks - office correspondence, organising events, booking meeting rooms etc.
Track stocks of office supplies/catering and place orders when necessary.  Take ownership of the general upkeep of the office and reception area, ensuring any issues are addressed.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring and issuing visitors badges.  Maintain a safe and clean reception area.   Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.  Qualifications Previous experience working in a busy receptionist or office management position.  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.  Excellent organizational skills and ability to use initiative.  Excellent knowledge of MS Office.  Confident and professional telephone manner  Fluent English Additional Information Having an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong, dynamic and innovative organisation.
