Online Shopping Assistant

Main purpose of the role:Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.
The ideal candidate will have/be:- Previous retail experience is desirable is desirable- Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products- Excellent communication skills- Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties:- Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e.
Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative- Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products- Have good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitution chosen are appropriate- Pack the products in the correct temperature zone and in such a way they arrive at the customers` home in perfect condition- Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable- Work on own initiative with very little supervision- Keep up to date with team communication- Deal with routine customer queries.
