On-site OperativeControlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments.
Established in 1996, the company supports some of the world's largest multinational manufacturers across the microelectronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life science, and medical device industries.Job PurposeReporting to the Facility Supervisor, the onsite customer warehouse support role is responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed in this controlled and regulated environment.
Operating at both our location and our customer site location, covering the responsibilities as outlined below (subject to change as per requirements).Specific training will be provided in line with site specific requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage supply of cleanroom garments on customer site.Comply with site safety policies to maintain an accident-free environment.Ensure documentation of inventory transactions to the required standard.Maintaining the physical condition and environment of all areas.Support Continuous Improvement, 5S and Lean initiatives.Promote quality and customer service.Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).Attend team meetings and project meetings as required.Report accurately and in a timely manner to maintain inventory accuracy and supply of parts to customer.Communicate effectively to customer, vendors & internally on status of work items.Verify and store received materials accurately while optimising storage space.Transporting parts and materials between 3PL partner site (s) and the customer site, or to/from other local third-party logistics sites.Skills and Experience.Can communicate professionally with customer representatives, vendors and internal colleagues.Execute a pro-active approach to managing the accuracy and supply of inventory to our customer taking prompt action where needed to address issues potentially affecting supply as they arise.A continuous improvement mindset that will seek out opportunities to minimise costs and to improve our processes and procedures and the service we offer to our customers.An ability and willingness to flex work location and work duties between distribution site and our customer site (adjacent).
This includes operating on shift as required.A willingness to contribute to a diverse and agile team environment ensuring that a positive and inclusive team dynamic is promoted.Full Irish Driving Licence Required. Key Competencies:Customer focusedEffective communicatorProactive and works on own initiativeTeam playerGood decision-making ability.
