The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production KPIs are achieved on site, while maintaining high standards of quality and EHS across the production floor.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations to ensure production targets and KPIs are metManage and lead a team of over 100 employees, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across the production floorDevelop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and qualityMonitor and analyse production data, making adjustments as necessary to meet goalsCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve production issuesConduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development for staffPrepare and present operational performance reports to senior managementDrive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practicesRequirements:3-5 years of experience in a production or operations management role within a busy food manufacturing environmentProven ability to manage and lead large teams of 100+ employeesStrong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and EHS regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant qualifications in operations management, engineering, or a related field are preferred
