We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and people management to join the OCS team in Cork.
The successful candidate will be the primary representative of the brand and will play a crucial role in maintaining client base within budgetary guidelines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering the upmost quality of service.
Key Responsibilities: Client liaison/Quality control Client and Internal Audits Wages administration Budget control Staff management Business development and administration Control of company assets (vehicles, equipment etc) Ensure all action and decisions comply with Company policy Roster Planning/Wages Administration Budget Control Staff Management Business Development and Administration Control of Company Assets Ensure that company policy is implemented What We're Looking For: A fair and engaging management style that values and rewards employees, making them feel appreciated.
Experience in working within a heavily unionised environment, with a thorough understanding of compliance requirements.
Full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility, demonstrating sound financial acumen.
