What You'll Be Doing: Oversee all on and offsite operations, Logistics, customs and compliance Manage outsourced and in house bottling and production Inventory management and vendor liaison Ensure adequate Forecasting for dry goods production etc.
Ensure flow of product/ Liaise with global commercial teams on product development and delivery.
Ensure Revenue, HSE and Dept of Ag compliance on Irish Whiskey GI/Food Safety etc.
Manage in house production and hospitality staff Manage and plan dry goods budgets What We Need From You: Must have a whiskey industry operations background Knowledge or willingness to quickly master EMCS system, Excise reporting & compliance, HSC and HACCAP requirements.
