We would like to invite applications for the role of Operations Project Lead at our site in Waterford. This is a 12 month FTC.
The Operations Project Lead manages and facilitates the day to day running of activities in relation to Production Projects and Commercial manufacture including PAS/X MES Modernisation project in order to meet the objectives of the Operations Function.
A Day in the Life of our Operations Project Lead (12 month FTC)To deliver on project timelines and deadlines in accordance with quality standards and cost control.Plan, direct and monitor departmental projects against schedule and within agreed costs in accordance with Company deadlines.Responsible for MES MBR design for Manufacturing and Packaging operations within the Operations department.Managing the update and or creation of production documentation for projects and or MES system.Creating business process flow diagrams for production recipes based on the paper batch record or source documents.Logically breaking down the recipes/Mfg. process to configure the recipe into Werum PAS/X.Complete IQ, OQ and PQ testing in relation to MES Modernisation in collaboration with local and Global teams.Develop/create MBR design elements and workflows in Werum PAS/X for repetitive use in MBR creation to expedite the process.Gathering master data and configure it in Werum PAS/X in the Development/Production Environments.Creating and updating Production documentation including but not limited to Batch Records, BOM's, Cleaning Logs, SOP's, MIM's, MES.Ensuring that team members are given the coaching and support required to perform their duties to agreed standards of performance and in line with Company Performance Management System.Reviewing departmental performance, identify areas for improvement (NVAA's and key variances) and take corrective action as required to ensure continuous improvement in accordance with company policies and procedures.Ensuring that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards.Who we are looking forExperienced in working in a GMP environment?A strong project manager who is used to working in a collaborative environment?An confident user of SAP MES Batch cards?Do you have….
