About the Role Base Location: Belfast (this role has a hybrid working pattern)

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: 18-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role? Our Operations Trainer will be a key operational requirement within SSE Airtricity. In this role you will:

Produce high quality learning resources to cater to all learning needs. Be responsible for managing reporting needs. Conduct learning needs analysis with key operational stakeholders. Create robust assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and critically analyse the outcomes. Act as an SSE ambassador and lead by example by supporting, contributing and driving towards the department objectives and goals. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

Knowledge of the Northern Ireland retail energy markets and an understanding of the requirements associated with working in a regulated utility industry. Demonstrable experience in delivering effective and engaging training sessions. Strong coaching skills. Excellent communication skills. Competency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
