Architectural Technologist Kilkenny City 38k-44k DOE Full Time Permanent We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Architectural Technologist to join the team.

The successful candidate will play an essential role in the design and delivery process, contributing from concept to completion, and gaining valuable experience across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in projects from inception through to handover, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance at each stage.
Develop technical drawings and construction details according to project requirements.
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including Building Regulations, Planning, FSCA, DACA, and BC(A)R standards.
Support project coordination using Revit and BIM, ensuring precision in design documentation.
Candidate Requirements: Educational Qualification: Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience, ideally in an architectural or construction setting.
Technical Skills: Proficient in technical detailing and construction processes, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Revit/BIM is required.
