Details of the offer

We are recruiting for multiple Planner roles in Ireland and Europe on behalf of leading contractor companies operating across Europe.
These companies are highly regarded for delivering complex, large-scale projects, particularly in the data centre, infrastructure, and commercial construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring all phases of the project lifecycle are accounted for.
Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
Prepare and update progress reports, critical path analyses, and look-ahead programs for project stakeholders.
Analyse resource requirements and advise on resource allocation to optimize efficiency and delivery.
Provide input into tender programs, method statements, and project planning strategies.
Utilize project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to track, update, and report on schedules.
Support the project team in achieving key deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Planner, ideally on large-scale projects within the construction, MEP, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong experience working on data centre projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
Excellent understanding of project timelines, sequencing, and resource allocation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Willingness to travel or work on-site across European project locations as required.
