Senior Quantity Surveyor (Dublin & Various Locations Across Europe) Company Overview: We are recruiting for multiple Senior Quantity Surveyor roles on behalf of leading contractor companies operating across Europe.
These companies are well-established and renowned for delivering large-scale projects across sectors such as construction, engineering, data centres, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and commercial builds.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of cost management for projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
Oversee procurement processes, including tender analysis, contract negotiations, and awarding subcontracts.
Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works in progress, ensuring accurate cost reporting.
Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams and senior management.
Identify and manage project risks, claims, and variations to protect financial interests.
Prepare and submit interim and final accounts in a timely manner.
Support the project team with regular reporting, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally with strong experience in data center projects.
Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent cost control abilities.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software for cost management (e.g., CostX, Cubit, Excel).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel or work on-site across European project locations as required.
