Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day financial operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organisation.
Ensure robust cash flow management, oversee compliance, and mitigate financial risks.
Prepare detailed financial reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Support strategic business planning and project-level initiatives to ensure value for money.
Maintain and improve governance and compliance with financial and tax regulations.
Foster the development of the finance team, encouraging growth and collaboration.
What Were Looking For: Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with at least 57 years post-qualification experience with ideally a degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial management, ideally within construction or related industries.
Demonstrable success in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of local finance regulations, with EU experience being a bonus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and a results-driven mindset.
