Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you Ensure work packs are available for upcoming works Liaise with PICW, TCO and PICP to ensure all works are coordinated and planned correctly Liaise with ESB site representatives Carry out safety audits Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with ESB guidelines Ensure Good catches/Near Misses are reported in a timely manner Liaise with landowners and residents Deal with Issues and complaints that may arise onsite Ensure all completed works are recorded correctly Feedback progress to Build Manager Escalate site issues when required PART 4: Person Specification Education/Qualifications Safe Pass Full Clean Driving license Experience 3+ years' experience in a similar role Skills & Competencies (evidence of) Technical Ability to read and understand the Electrical Network Diagrams Interpersonal Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required Business Skills Leadership Communication and Negotiation ACT 2
