Paralegal | Shannon | Aircraft Leasing

Our client is seeking a Paralegal for its Shannon office. Reporting to the General Counsel or SVP Legal, you will play a pivotal role in providing crucial support to the company's legal, compliance, and transactional operations.
What you'll be doing: Provide comprehensive legal, compliance, transactional, and corporate support.Administer contracts efficiently, drawing from legal or paralegal expertise.Assist various functions within the legal department including transactional, company secretarial, compliance, and administrative tasks.Manage key dates related to letters of credit, insurance, and other transactional matters.Offer general administrative assistance to transaction lawyers globally, and support special projects as directed by the General Counsel.Aid the Corporate Secretary with corporate secretarial tasks.What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent LLB, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.Demonstrated expertise in the Aviation Leasing Industry or similar field, preferably within a law firm specializing in aircraft/engine leasing.Strong interpersonal and legal skills coupled with commercial awareness.Ability to engage with senior management and legal professionals effectively.Competent in contract administration and/or paralegal duties.
