Finance - Piercetown, Dunboyne, Co.Meath We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Part-Qualified Accountant to support our finance team.
This role involves supporting the Management Accountant and FP&A Manager in various accounting and financial tasks.
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various finance functions, providing valuable support to our team during a busy period.
This is a full-time permanent position.
  Responsibilities:         Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
        Reconcile balance sheets, ensuring accuracy in general ledger entries.
        Support month-end and year-end close processes.
        Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including reviewing transactions and resolving discrepancies.
        Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with company policies.
        Support budget tracking and variance analysis.
        Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as needed.
        Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by the finance manager.
  Skills Required:         Currently pursuing a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
        Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a similar industry.
        Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
        High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is preferred.
        Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
