Part Qualified Accountant

My client is a medium sized outsourced accounting practice based in Dublin 16.
They offer outsource services including bookkeeping, payroll, company secretarial, management accounts, annual accounts, taxation and part time Financial Controller services for our clients.
They are currently recruiting for the role of a Part Qualified Accountant.
The Role: · Preparing and reviewing multiple VAT returns.
· Carrying out bank, debtors and creditors reconciliations, and reconciliation's of various other balance sheet accounts.
· Processing data using accounting packages such as XERO, Quickbooks on Line, Sage and ad-hoc other packages.
Full training will be given.
We also use tools such as DEXT, Statement Rec, hubdoc etc.
· Ensure adequate processes and procedures are being followed · Prepare accounts up to trial balance stage.
· Prepare Income Tax Returns · Prepare statutory accounts using Bright Accounts Production · Communicate directly with client to ensure information received and deadlines are met.
· As you progress in the above tasks, further exposure will be given to full accounts production and Management Accounting The Ideal Candidate: · Preferably have less than 5 exams Professional Exams left · Have minimum 2 years experience working in an Accounting Practice · Experience in Accounting IT Systems such as DEXT, Xero, Quickbooks Online preferable · Good interpersonal and communication skills · Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
