ResponsibilitiesMonth End Reconciliations including fixed assets,Prepayments, Accruals, and Intercompany accounts.Taxation - VAT, PAYE, RCT, WHT, and dealing with Revenue Queries.VAT Reconciliations.Intrastat and VIES returns.Prepare monthly management accounts.Prepare monthly commentaries.Preparation of Budgets/Reforecasts.Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts.Maintain all SLA agreements and issue monthly invoices to group companies.Agreement of inter-company balances on a monthly basis.Accruals and Prepayments schedules to be updated monthly.Balance Sheet control accounts to be updated monthly.Overview of creditors and debtors.Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.Profile3 years of experience in practice or industryExperience with ERPs – Sun would be an advantage.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.Exposure to Industry or Practice is beneficial.Good knowledge of Irish revenue workings (ROS).Strong attention to detail.Good time management, ability to work to tight deadlines.Good organisational and problem-solving skills.The ability to interact as part of a team and use of own initiative.Fluent in English oral and written is essential.Job LocationEurope, Ireland
