Role - Makeup Artist
Location - Dublin
Hours - 30 hours (6 hour shifts across 5 days per week) or 16 hours (8 hour shifts across 2 days per week)
Salary - starting from €13.50 per hour plus competitive commission structure
Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for four Part-Time Makeup Artists to join our sparkling new Dublin team. A Trinny London Artist is the true heart of where everything happens. You'll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best every day using our stackable, portable, curated makeup and our award-winning skincare. You'll do this by combining your next-level artistry skills with impressive product knowledge and a passion for people. You believe in the product being accessible to everyone, and you can adapt your style to suit the needs of who you're talking to.

The Role Your daily to-dos might look like this:
Greeting all customers on the counter, offering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate support and guidance from introduction through to saleProvide a personalised consultative approach to all customers, ensuring that you're offering additional beauty services such as the Trinny London Match2Me experience and appointments where possibleDemonstrate and recommend products to achieve desired looks and address individual concernsConduct pre-booked customer appointmentsMeet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling makeup and skincare productsUpsell and cross-sell related beauty and skincare items to maximise sales opportunitiesCollaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goalsEnsure the makeup section is well-organised, clean, and visually appealingImplement and maintain attractive displays to highlight featured products and promotionsKeep makeup tools and workstations clean and sanitised to meet health and safety standardsThese skills will help you go far in this role:
Experience in a retail position, ideally within beauty or cosmeticsPassionate for makeup and skincareExperience with customer relationship management and data capture targetsAdaptable and confident with an ever-changing, fast-paced and high-pressured environmentPositive and can-do attitudeComfortable and motivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIsPunctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekendsPersonable with a customer-centric mindsetWe love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London!
