Role Title: Part-Time Primary Care Administrator (17hr p/w) Role Location: Dundrum An exciting role has arisen within Vhi for the position of Part-Time Primary Care Administrator at Vhi Dundrum Clinic.
Vhi Health & Wellbeing has been established to develop medical, health and wellbeing services for Vhi customers.
Our Vhi Dundrum Clinic provides a range of health and wellbeing services to our corporate and private customers such as Health Checks.
As our service is provided to our patients Mon - Sat, flexibility to work across a rolling roster is a must.
Benefits: VHI Health Insurance Pension Annual Bonus Income Protection Role Purpose Day-to-day running of the administration function with respect to screenings and other Enhanced Primary Care activity Manage all communications in a respectful and courteous manner e.g face-to-face, phones, email, etc.
Ensuring all patient information is entered accurately and computerized patient files are updated and secured accordingly Updating End User Computing spreadsheets to facilitate appropriate tracking and monitoring of the service.
Communication with sales account managers and corporate customers to manage Corporate Screenings and other Enhanced Primary Care activity.
Adhere to clinical governance processes and ensure SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) compliance.
