Link Personnel are working with a Top Tier Law Firm on a Part Time Reception Vacancy.
Working as part of a Professional Reception Team the ideal candidates should have previous Legal or Professional Services Reception experience.
Core Hours: 2.00pm 6.30pm (Monday to Friday) with some flexibility required on occasion to cover for holiday or sickness leave.

The Role Answering phones in a professional and timely manner Greeting all visitors in Reception Managing meeting and conference room bookings Ensuring all conference rooms are catered and are clean/tidy.
Liaising with catering in relation to refreshments, as required.
Assisting with video conferencing and other meeting requirements Car Park management Distributing incoming central email/faxes Ordering and sending taxis Photocopying The Candidate: 3 Yrs + experience as a receptionist working within Professional Services or 5* Hospitality Sectors.
5* Customer Services experience Good administration skills with an ability to work on own initiative.
You have a flexible approach to work, available to provide additional support/hours when needed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Microsoft Word in particular.
You can work as part of a team and to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good initiative.
Whilst core hours are 2.00pm to 6.30pm Reception operates 5 different work shifts between 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and flexibility will be required.
