Pastry Chef

Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef to join our Pastry team in the exclusive Lyrath Estate.
We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join the pastry team.
You must be hands on, with a passion for pastry, have excellent organisational and communication skills.
You will assist the Head Pastry Chef in the delivery of exceptional desserts, pastries and breads whilst maintaining consistency.
The ideal candidate must have minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in a pastry section in a busy 4 or 5 star Hotel or restaurant.
You should have previous HACCP experience.
You will be an ambitious person responsible for creating an environment that promotes team work.
