We are currently recruiting a highly experienced Pastry Chef for this hip new restaurant opening soon in city centre Dublin. This is a great opportunity to get in at the ground level of what promises to be one of 2024's hottest new openings.
Key responsibilities include:
The smooth and efficient running of the pastry sectionManagement and training of the pastry teamMenu, product and recipe developmentCreation and implementation of section SOPsEnsure consistency and quality of the pastry offeringManage pastry budget, optimising costsOrdering / stock management / inventoryEnsure all food safety and hygiene regulations are observedCandidate requirements:
